Comfortable 1 Bedroom Apartment 10 min from beach

Welcome to The Lookout at the House of Many Doors. Enjoy settling into a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony, just 10 minutes from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished, including in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a King-size/two twin-size Sleep Number beds and a full size American Leather Sleeper Sofa. You'll have off-street parking and a private entrance. There is a Stair Chair for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Includes Fire TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The space When you walk up the stairs, you enter the kitchen/dining room area. There is a full kitchen with a portable dishwasher and an island. The laundry is on the balcony, accessible from the kitchen. The bedroom has 2 twin Sleep Number beds that are normally pushed together as a king. These can be made up as separate twin beds, if you'd prefer. There is also a fold-out couch in the bedroom, on a raised platform at the front of the room. The TV is just across from the couch. You are welcome to use the desk in the bedroom as well. Wifi is available but if you have an ethernet port on your computer, you can plug in directly with the cable at the desk. The bathroom has a shower with a bench and a showerhead with a hand-held unit. There is a stair chair for people who have issues getting up and down stairs. Guest access You'll have your own parking space on the driveway and you're welcome to enjoy the patio and backyard, including the grill. There is a vegetable garden that is usually overflowing. Please help yourself. Other things to note My house backs up to a local freeway. It can be noisy upstairs. I provide earplugs, just in case. If you have any questions about this space, please ask! I would much rather you know what to expect when you get here. Please BEE AWARE: There is a colony of bees that live on my property. They are NOT aggressive. However, if you are severely allergic to bee stings, please bring whatever remedies you may need, just in case you accidentally get stung. If you are genuinely concerned about being stung by a bee, this may not be the best place for you to stay.
