You will find tasteful furnishings and elegant floor tiles throughout the house. Entering the main door we step into a panoramic top floor sitting area with large smart tv and dining table. The gourmet kitchen offers generous counter space, professional appliances, a built-in bay sitting, and a double-door fridge. This area opens onto an outdoor patio, ideal for hosting barbecues and get-togethers inside and out. The lower level boasts three beautiful bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and large smart TVs. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a large window wall, which provides excellent panoramic views of the lake from the bed. If needed, a single sofa bed may add an extra sleeping accommodation. Guest access The villa is for the exclusive use of guests who reside there. There are no shared areas. Independent access is via a country road, and the entrance is protected by a metal entrance gate controlled by a portable remote control and a switch inside the villa. Other things to note Villa Polvese is just a 15-minute walk from Torricella, a small lakeshore village. Other lovely towns worth visiting are a very short drive away. Some small bars and restaurants provide typical dishes and a genuine local atmosphere within walking distance or a short car ride away. For a taste of city life, you can hop on the highway and easily reach Perugia, Siena, Florence, Passignano, and Magione, as well as many other historical towns rich in art and traditions.
