The space The property is quiet and private, accessed by a long winding driveway and electronic gated entrance. This two-story, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom casita is fully separated from the main house, and a tall latia fence ensures guest privacy. You'll have convenient parking right outside your door. The main/upper level has panoramic windows with commanding views of the mountains and valley, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and fold-down futon that converts to a sleeper, which could accommodate one adult or two small children. Downstairs, you will find a large and modern cabin-style bedroom, with a comfortable queen-sized bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and french doors that open to your private deck with Adirondack chairs for sipping a nice glass of wine, gazing at the sunset, and watching for hot air balloons early in the crisp mornings. You are free to login to your own streaming subscriptions on the smart TV. Other things to note The home is accessed by driving up a well maintained, but steep dirt road. In the summer, any car can get up with no problems. In the winter, we recommend all wheel drive or four-wheel-drive. The roads are plowed, but we can't make guarantees regarding your ability to access the home, especially after a fresh snowfall, without a capable vehicle. For reference, we have no issues with our all wheel drive sedan.
