Cozy Haw Creek Retreat

Located in Haw Creek, in convenient East Asheville. We are 4.1 miles from downtown and 2.1 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. This private guest suite is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and wildlife. The renovated space was completed in late 2021 and has its own private entrance, deck, and hot tub. The space Our space was designed for couples. The guest suite is part of our home and has a private entrance with off street parking. It was renovated in late 2021 and offers a queen sized bed and allows you to easily regulate your preferred temperature with a mini split heating and cooling system. There is no access from the suite to the main part of our home. Breakfast area with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, teas/ local coffee, and light snacks. Plates, cups, mugs, and cutlery are provided. *Due to city restrictions at the time of our renovation, an oven was prohibited.* The deck is a private space for the guest suite and leads down to the hot tub. We follow CDC cleaning/sanitizing guidelines. All bedding, including blankets and quilts, are washed in hot water after each guest. Guest access Completely self contained and private, the suite is attached to the side of the main home but has a separate entry and private deck. Key-less entry with individual door code allows unassisted check in. Other things to note We do live in the main house, which is attached to the suite. The suite is well insulated, with little noise exchange, however, we try to keep our noise to an acceptable level and request that you do the same. While we do live in a neighborhood, we are in the middle of the mountains and as you can imagine, there are all types of critters who wander through our yard. Our bear population appears to be smarter than the "average bear" and have been known to open car doors. To help keep Yogi and his friends in check, please don't leave food outside or in your car. -Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 6 am. -NO SMOKING, NO VAPING of any kind allowed inside or outside the property
