Great B&B offer in the heart of Rome near Colosseum and Termini station Private room with private bathroom inside, air conditioning, TV, strongbox. Free WI-FI Internet connection. Soap shampoo, sheets and towels are provided. In the hall our guests can use the coffe machine and the fridge. Tourism tax, cleanings are included. The space HELLO!!! This B&B is in the end of Via Giovanni Giolitti, 50 meters from Piazza (Square) Porta Maggiore, in front of the picturesque ruins of the Temple of Minerva, at the second floor in a very ancient and renovated building. Our rooms are very furnished and always super cleaned! WE DON'T ALLOW OUR GUEST TO EAT OR BRING FOOD INSIDE THE ROOMS. WE ARE ABOUT 10/15 MINUTES WALKING FROM TERMINI STATION, 15 MINUTES WALKIN FROM THE COLOSSEUM, AND FORUM. The apartment has been recently totally renovated and very tastefully decorated. The rooms are really elegant style and very comfortable. Although the area is in the very center it is not particularly noisy, it is full of small hotels, nothing to do with the chaotic and near Piazza Vittorio. Only one room has window on the street where run cars and one tram. Guest access Guests have access to their private rooms with toilet inside. WE OFFER COFFE' ESPRESSO IN THE HALL AND THERE'S A REFRIGERATOR YOU CAN USE. During your stay Guests can contact us on Airbnb, we reply in few minutes. Other things to note Sometimes we come to the B&B for check in and check out with our dogs, please advise us if you're allergic so we will come alone without dogs :)
