House for a quiet vacation with a pool

Family house in golden stones of 360 m² with large living rooms and swimming pool, located near Oingt (one of the most beautiful villages in France) that can accommodate 10 people. Located 10 min from Villefranche and 30 km from Lyon. The area is of an Olympian calm which will not prevent you from enjoying the beautiful warm evenings of Beaujolais. The space The typical Beaujolais golden stone property, is a former priory, and is composed of 2 parts but form one and the same building. The main house consists of a large kitchen with dining area, living /dining room with exposed stones and nice height under ceiling, direct access to the pool. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one children's bedroom with a single bed), a bathroom, a large desk, and a shower room. A walkway accessible through the double bedroom will allow you to access a large room with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (an additional double mattress can also be provided). You will also find on a higher level a double bedroom with shower room. The other part of the house, 60m2 is composed of a living room with open kitchen, a toilet and on the floor 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Guest access The entire property except one bedroom and one game room not described in the listing. Other things to note A deposit check of €1000 is requested upon arrival.
