House for a dream vacation with a pool

Family house in golden stones of 360m² with large living rooms and swimming pool, located near Oingt (one of the most beautiful villages in France) that can accommodate 10 people. Located 10 min from Villefranche and 30 km from Lyon. The area is a quiet Olympian which will not stop you from enjoying the beautiful warm evenings of Beaujolais. The space The typical Beaujolais golden stone property, is a former priory, and is composed of 2 parts but form one and the same building. The main house consists of a large kitchen with dining area, living /dining room with exposed stones and nice height under ceiling, direct access to the pool. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a child's room with a crib, a bathroom, a large desk as well as a shower room. A walkway accessible through the double bedroom will allow you to access a large room with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (an additional double mattress can also be provided). You will also find on a higher level a double bedroom with shower room (attention being under the attic and not air-conditioned). The other part of the house, 60m2 is composed of a living room with open kitchen, a toilet and on the floor 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Guest access The entire accommodation except one bedroom and a games room not described in the listing. Other things to note A deposit check of €1000 is required upon arrival.
