Casa Rossa countryside cottage and total relax!

A view from the countryside to the mountains 15 minutes from Macerata and Recanati, 25 minutes from the sea! @casarossa_fontesalata The space Casa Rossa is surrounded by a large garden, immersed in a typical countryside landscape. You will have at your exclusive disposal a pergola and a barbecue, an outdoor space where you can eat and enjoy moments of relaxation surrounded by nature and the chirping of birds. The accommodation where you will be staying is independent and on the ground floor, and there are no architectural barriers to access; my family and I live on the first floor. The entrances are independent. The interior spaces are organized in this way: a large and bright open space with a well-equipped kitchen, where cooking will become a truly special experience thanks to the large window overlooking the garden; a double bedroom furnished in boho chic style and a spacious and well-organized bathroom. In the center of the living room is the dining table for eight diners. Then there is a reading area with two large vintage leather armchairs and a relaxation area, with a sofa and screen with a home theater system (we do not have a TV antenna, so to use this service you need a computer); there is also a corner with a desk and computer station with Wi-Fi. For our little guests, the welcome is very well taken care of: with accessories for babies on request and the preparation of a dedicated play area. The natural wood slatted floor is an enjoyment for the feet and soul! The autumn and winter seasons are perfect for enjoying the intimate and welcoming atmosphere that Casa Rossa can offer you: the large window overlooking the garden and the fire in the stove that is always lit will make you experience the feeling of "feeling at home." Our organic garden is always full of seasonal vegetables, and the hens give us fresh eggs every day. We like to share the earth's genuine products with our guests! If you are accompanied by four-legged friends, you will be happy to know that the outdoor space is completely fenced, Snoopy-proof, our lively Beagle; in addition to our dog, in the garden there are also our four cats. Summer is the ideal season to enjoy the blooms of the garden and eat the ripe fruits of our trees; it is very pleasant to cook outdoors on the barbecue and be able to eat dinner in the garden while enjoying the sunset! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all indoor areas of the accommodation. The garden is divided into two parts: in one of them is the pergola for the exclusive use of guests, while the other part of the garden is shared with my family. Guests in this second area will have access to the solarium, patio, relaxation area with hammock, barbecue area and will be able to use the outdoor furniture, deckchairs, sunbeds and tables for outdoor dining. Young guests will have access to the play area with climbing, tree house, slide and trampoline. Casa Rossa is in the countryside, and it only takes two minutes by car to reach the nearest town of Sambucheto. The accommodation can also be reached on foot, in 20 minutes, from the nearest bus stop. A fifteen-minute drive from here are centers rich in culture such as the cities of Recanati, Loreto, Osimo and Macerata. Porto Recanati and the beautiful towns of the Conero Riviera are just a little further. In half an hour or so you can reach the mountain resorts of the Sibillini. From Casa Rossa you can take long walks, on foot or by bike (using the bike rental service) in the countryside or along the Potenza river cycle path. Beautiful, if you love animals, you will visit the herons that nest in the large oaks in front of the house. Other things to note The stay experience you will have coming to Casa Rossa, citing the review of our first Italian guests, will be that of “genuine hospitality”. I chose to host, providing part of my home, with the desire and pleasure of meeting new people and to share the privileged dimension of life in the countryside. Contact with nature can give us so much: the rhythms and changing colors of the seasons, the smell of the earth, the natural sounds, the changeability of light, contact with animals, allow us to recognize us and have the power to regenerate the heart, mind and spirit. In respect of all this and slow weather, at Casa Rossa you will not find the antenna for the TV. The hot water is obtained thanks to the solar panels, so it should not be wasted. The heating for the cold months is not centralized, each guest will be able to decide how and when to heat the accommodation by managing the pellet stove with an additional cost varying depending on consumption (approximately 12 euros per day). All utility costs are included in the price, except for heating in winter months. Casa Rossa, the accommodation where you will be guests is on the ground floor of the cottage where my family and I live on the first floor; the entrances are independent and on two different sides of the building. In the spirit of sharing, in the case of long stays, our desire is to have a relationship with you but with mutual respect for each one's privacy.
