Grace Cottage is a charming, lovingly restored 17th Century Stone Cottage in warwickshire. Stylish and offering modern home comforts while retaining many original features like flagstone floors, wooden beams, stone walls and the beautiful wooden lintel above the log burner. Binton is a lovely village, 4.2 miles from Stratford Upon Avon and 4.5 miles from historic Alcester. Lots of interesting walks to enjoy and lots of cosy pubs to choose from. The Blue Boar Inn is a 5 minute walk The space Our holiday cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. You will find a Smeg fridge with small freezer compartment, Smeg toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker (please bring your own pods). Integrated induction hob and built in oven with grill and a washer-dryer. The circular dining table and chairs are beside the kitchen and we have installed bi-folding doors that open outwards and lead into the private decked rear garden. There is no need for a key to lock and unlock the rear doors. There is an island adjoining the cooking area with bar stools creating a social aspect to the cooking experience. The ground floor shower room is to the left of the island as you enter the lounge. You can relax on the super comfy sofas while you watch your favourite programs on the flat screen wall mounted Internet TV to the right of the fireplace. We also have a quality retro Sandstrom bluetooth speaker for your listening and enjoyment, please park your car in the lay-by opposite the cottage, all other area are private parking for our neighbours. Guest access You have exclusive use of the cottage and garden. In the winter, please do not turn off the radiators when you depart, the cottage will be cold for our new guests when they arrive. Other things to note Please bring your own supply of wood and kindling if you wish to use our wood burner, unfortunately some of our previous guests helped themselves to our complete supply.
