Great location! Close to anything in downtown Denver and Boulder area. Many restaurants and entertainment close by, 15-20 min from Boulder and downtown Denver. Only minutes from highway 36. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guest access Apart from the room and upstairs bathroom, the living room, downstairs bathroom, and kitchen can be used. My office to the left of the kitchen is off limits. If you need to use the laundry/ dryer I charge $10 per load. Other things to note We have pets.
