BELLA BREEZE is a beautiful large single family home (not a duplex) on the south side of 30A just steps to a peaceful private beach which is never crowded. It is located in a small gated community with only a handful of homes ~ very private and secure. The Locked Gate is very special as it only allows guests who are vacationing in the Seashore Village neighborhood access to our beach which minimizes the crowds. Bella Breeze has a PRIVATE HEATED POOL, two kitchens with stainless appliances, 11 televisions, outdoor BBQ and plenty of indoor/outdoor space to accommodate family reunions or large family & friend vacations. Just Perfect! The kitchen table and large pool can easily accommodate 20+ guests. Bella Breeze also has parking for 6-8 cars which is hard to find at the beach. Quick walk to local restaurants and bars. Cross 30A to access miles of Hiking Trails. Short bike ride or drive to visit Seaside only 2 miles away & Rosemary Beach less than 6 miles to the east. Close to State Parks, Golf Courses, Marinas for added enjoyment. The local grocery store, Publix, is less than 2 miles but there is also a small convenience store & gas station within walking distance for last minute items. GROUND (1st) FLOOR ~ The first floor features a 1/2 bath for easy use with pool, laundry room and private bedroom with king sized bed, TV & full bath. So Ground Floor sleeps 2 guests in 1 Bedroom. MAIN (2nd) FLOOR ~ The second floor has a large hallway, breakfast bar with seating for 10, dinette with seating for 4, two sliding patio doors leading out to deck overlooking the pool, two kitchens each with its own refrigerator, stove, microwave & sink, ice maker, family room with TV, game room with TV and access to balcony, dining room with seating for 16 plus extra table for additional seating, and bedroom with a king-sized bed & full bath with tub & walk-in shower. So Main Floor sleeps 2 guests in 1 Bedroom. TOP (3rd) FLOOR ~ The third floor is divided into two sides: Beachside (south) and North Breeze. BEACHSIDE has a queen-sized bedroom with Gulf Views & TV that shares Jack-n-Jill full bath with full-sized bedroom with balcony with Gulf Views & TV. A king-sized bedroom with TV, and two twin-sized bedrooms with twin-sized bunks (sleeps 3 in each room) share full bath and half bath. So 3rd Floor Beachside sleeps 12 guests in 5 Bedrooms. The North Breeze side has a full-sized bedroom with TV that shares Jack-n-Jill full bath with full-sized bedroom with balcony with Gulf Views & TV. A king-sized bedroom with TV, and two twin-sized bedrooms with twin-sized bunks (sleeps 3 in each room) share full bath and half bath. So 3rd Floor North Breeze side sleeps 12 guests in 5 Bedrooms. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS ~ Exclusive boardwalk just for Seashore Village guests. We provide several portable beach chairs and umbrellas for do-it-yourself use. Additional sets of chairs and umbrellas (as well as boats) may also be rented from the beach chair service located directly on our beach for your convenience. (Check for availability off-season). HEATED POOL large enough to accommodate plenty of guests. We have a gas grill with extra Propane tanks. Covered parking for 6-8 vehicles depending upon the size. Guest access The entire single-family house with all three floors, north and south sides are accessible.
