Our cozy, fully equipped basement apartment “Casa Franconia” is located in a quiet yet central area of Würzburg. The River Main, cycle path & supermarket are just a 5-minute walk away, the tram stop 2 minutes, and the city center & Sanderstraße about 10 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries & cafés are nearby. Bicycles can be stored securely in the basement. The space Our cozy apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in a compact and comfortable space. It consists of two open living areas: a small kitchen with dining area and a combined living and sleeping area. The two areas are visually separated, but not divided by a door – the apartment has an open layout throughout. Only the bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a door. The Kitchen & Dining Area The small, well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. At the table with its two matching bar stools, you can enjoy your morning coffee, read the newspaper, or work comfortably on your laptop. Wi-Fi via Vodafone Cable 100 is of course available. Living & Sleeping Area The adjoining living area features a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a large TV for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. Please note that the living and sleeping areas are open-plan and are not separated by a door. The apartment is therefore particularly well suited to couples or small families who appreciate an open layout. The Bathroom The bathroom can be accessed via the kitchen/dining area. It features a large washbasin and a shower. The bathroom is, of course, separated from the living area by a door. Parking Please note that the apartment does not have its own private parking space. There are public parking spaces available on the street and in the surrounding area. As these are public spaces, however, we cannot guarantee that a parking space will always be available directly in front of the building or nearby. To make finding a parking space as easy as possible, we have put together detailed information about free parking options in the surrounding area in the information folder in the apartment. If you wish, we are also happy to send you this information by email before your arrival. With Roku, you can access various streaming apps and free content. Please note that Roku itself is not a traditional cable or satellite TV connection and does not include any paid streaming subscriptions. For services such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, etc., you may need your own account and/or subscription. You can sign in to your own streaming services using your personal login details. Please remember to sign out of all personal accounts before you leave. Depending on the app and your smartphone, you may also be able to cast supported content from your own mobile device to the TV.
