The space Our home exudes elegance with marble flooring and countertops, extending into a spacious condo with a large living room. You can relax in front of the decorative fireplace while enjoying the entertainment on a 55" 4K Smart TV. Stay connected with lightning-fast 1000Mbps internet speed, perfect for both work and leisure. For added convenience, assigned parking is provided. The Living Room is adorned with an Italian Leather Sofa that can serve as a twin bed for a small child. You'll also find a 55" 4K Smart TV for a cozy night in and enjoy the choice of Spectrum TV with 300+ channels. The room is further enhanced by a decorative gas fireplace. In the Kitchen, you'll discover all the cooking essentials you need, including a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker and a toaster. The area is near a homeless shelter, so you may occasionally see some individuals nearby. They are harmless and just passing by. Kindly refrain from having any packages or parcels delivered to our address, as we do not have a designated receiving area. Unfortunately, items left unattended may be misplaced or taken, and we won’t be able to take responsibility for them.
