An amazing family house

May be the best solution to live Rome with your family. Our flat is located in the "centro storico", very close to the most important monuments of our beautiful city. The house's main terrace has a stunning 360* view of Rome. The space The Flat is in a 16th century Building, in via Giulia, one of the most beautiful streets in Rome, designed by Bramante in 1500. Despite of the central location, the house is very quiet and silent. This modern flat is distributed in two floors. First floor: you'll find the main bedroom with a queen size bed, two bedrooms with a double bed ; a stair in this floor leads to a loft overlooking the main terrace. On this floor you'll also find a living room with a fireplace, sofas, libraries and tv (home cinema projector with full HD 160 ' ' -4mt) and two bathrooms with showers and a particular glassy tube. The kitchen is in the second floor, from here you'll access the main terrace (about 90 mq). Up here you'll find a bioclimatic pergola, a big table for 12, sofa and armchairs, solarium, barbecue. There's air conditioning in every room of the house (except bathrooms) and a lift in the building. We share our house and lives with our two beautiful kittens, Aida and Ragù, we'll leave the house deeply clean but if you're allergic to cats, please, let us know. Guest access You'll have access to every room of the flat. Other things to note The best thing of our house is the stunning view you'll have from the terraces: wonderful sunsets on the vatican and terrific dawns on the campidoglio..
