This suite is 20 mins to downtown and the airport, 3 mins to Stoney trail which leads to Banff, Canmore, Cochrane, Lake Louise. Close to grocery stores, restaurants & bus stops. Suitable for singles and couples. The space - This space features a beautifully arranged living room with lots of light and ambience. - The kitchenet is equipped with stainless steel appliances. - A dinning table is available which can also be used for work or reading. - The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and extra beddings. - The bathroom is spacious and has all you may require for your comfort. - The laundry room is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The Suite has a separate entrance and the guest would have no concerns about stumbling into the host. The environment is very serene and quiet. Please note that the neighborhood also expects thesame level of quietness and serenity from you. Also note that all prescribed Covid 19 regulations and precautions are being adhered to strictly to ensure the safety of guests. Guest access Guests can park on the right side of the driveway directly in the front of the garage or on the street. There is a private walkway on the right side of the building that leads to the guest entrance. Please go through the gate on the right side and head to the back of the building to access your private entrance door. The entrance code for the door will be provided to you via email on the day of arrival. Other things to note The back lawn may be shared on very rare occasions with the host.
