Quiet Countryside Escape: Comfy barn conversion

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side. The space The two storey Granary is cosy, well equipped, and very spacious. Cleanliness is important to us and we use anti viral spray. Cleaning materials are available for your use during your stay, if you wish to use them. The downstairs bedroom with comfortable Queen sized bed (5ft) and bathroom/shower room have underfloor heating and there is a second loo with a washing machine. The open plan kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven & hob. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper. The sitting room area has a comfy sofa, TV and large windows overlooking our garden. There is also a dining table for 4 guests and a laptop friendly work space. Although very rural with wonderful walks straight from the door, the Granary is close to several local Wedding Venues: Crockwell Farm, Sulgrave Manor and Fawsley Hall and near Silverstone, Aston Martin Jaguar at Gaydon and Bicester Village and Clarkson's Farm and Diddly Squat The Granary also makes an ideal base for visiting Oxford, Stratford, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds. Guest access There is a large table and chairs in the rose garden where you can sit and enjoy the view or a meal outside. We have a tennis court which you are welcome to use. Please bring your own rackets and tennis balls. Other things to note There is secure off-road parking for several vehicles on our private property. WiFi. Internet ready TV. The Granary is suitable for babies but not toddlers as there is no stair gate. There are 2 Farm shops approximately 5 miles away selling meat, organic cheeses, sour dough bread, fruit, veg and flowers and a large Marks and Spencer Food Hall 4 miles away. Clarkson's Farm and Diddly Squat Farm are 18 miles away. Silverstone Circuit is 11 miles away.
