We are 1 hour from the airport and 80 km from Salvador. Praia do Forte is 15 km away. The space Our house is in one of the best condominiums in Imbassaí, with elegant landscaping and lots of greenery. In a village format, it is divided into 2 floors. There are 2 en-suites, a living room, a full kitchen and a spectacular balcony. A/C in all rooms. Ground floor: the big star is the balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset and outdoor dining. The living room is integrated with the kitchen-dining room and features a sofa bed, TV, air-conditioning, and a dining counter for 3 people. The kitchen has all the utensils, including the basics for cooking - oil, seasoning etc. In addition to an oven and stove, there is a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and, in the outdoor area, a laundry sink. The condominium has a washing machine, which can be used for R$ 20.00 per wash. The master suite has a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe, a smart TV, and a full bathroom. The second suite has air-conditioning, a wardrobe and two single beds that can be joined together as a double bed. The open bathroom has a door to the bedroom and another to the hall. The bed and bath linens are of good quality - you only need to bring the pool towels. Mezzanine: upstairs we have a third bedroom with a balcony. It has 2 single beds, a work desk and air-conditioning. There is fiber Wi-Fi throughout the house and in the condominium. A few meters from the house, you will find the pool and a lounge area with a TV. Next to our balcony are the barbecue grill, game room and toy library. The condominium respects quiet hours. The use of speakers in common areas is not allowed, except in the gourmet space and respecting the legal decibel limit. Guest access We have 1 open parking space and there is the possibility of using the visitor spaces that are at the entrance to the condominium. You won't need a car to get to the beach, go out to bars and restaurants, or do your day-to-day shopping. Everything you'll need is a maximum 10-minute walk from the condominium. Other things to note We'll prepare the house with great care to welcome you. We ask that you treat it with care, as if it were your own! Be careful not to smoke inside the house or sit on the sofa and beds when wet or with sand on you. The neighbors are very quiet. Please be aware of noise after 10 p.m. The house is quite cool, but at times it will be necessary to use the air-conditioning. Electricity consumption up to 22kw is included in the daily rate. The excess may be charged to the tenant. Remember to turn off the air-conditioning and lights when you leave. We provide bed and bath linens for the number of guests listed on the reservation. They will be checked at checkout. We accept small and well-behaved dogs, which must always be kept on a leash. For reservations over 7 days, cleaning is offered during the rental period. Whenever possible, we will try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times. Maximum occupancy is 7 people and no visitors are allowed. There is janitorial service and security cameras in the condominium.
