Living & Dining - Spacious open-air living room - Private pool & garden - Large wooden deck for sun-soaked lounging - Bluetooth speaker & mood lighting - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob cooker, cookware, utensils—everything you need) Other things to note Check-in & Check-out: - Check-in: from 2:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Late check-out requests (between 11 AM – 5 PM) charged at 50% of the rate. - Check-out after 5 PM charged at full night rate. Extras & Policies: - No extra beds—each room sleeps 2 adults + 1 baby (under 3 years old). - No floating breakfasts, no bathtub flowers—just real island living. - Garden lights switch off at 11 PM (better for the planet, and for peaceful nights). - You’ll be sharing space with nature—expect geckos, bugs, and the occasional cow. The neighborhood Bingin is buzzing—new cafes, shops, and spots popping up all the time. While we love the energy, there may be some construction noise from neighboring sites.
