Furnished one-room apartment for rent with large and green garden. On the land there is also the main house of a loving family composed of a young couple and two small children in a quiet street in Shangrilá. Near the beach (500m), 25 min. from the Estadio Centenario, 35 min. from Downtown Montevideo, supermarkets (500m), Costa Urbana shopping (5 km), Roosevelt park (200m). The space The studio apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, a living-dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. In addition you have access to the large and green garden with barbecue that is shared with us. Guest access There are buses, Uber or taxi to the Estadio Centenario or Downtown Montevideo. Access to the land is shared with us but the way to the apartment is without having to go through our house. The house has a fenced front with an electric gate where there is space to park a vehicle. If you come without a car, there are bus lines that go along the Rambla lines 104 and 142 (550 m) or the interdepartmental buses from Giannastassio (900m). Other things to note We are Juan and Mara and we like to meet people from all over the world. We share the house with our two children Manuel, five years old and Amalia, two, our cat Milú, and the dog Taíno. The rental cost includes energy consumption up to 150 kWh per month. Exceeding this value, USD 0.224 is paid per excess kWh.
