We live extremely high floor in the cloud. So, you can expect an incredible view of EVERYTHING you can imagine and much more! The space Very centrally located, new construction apartment building with extraordinary views of Midtown, Times Square, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, New Jersey, The Hudson River, World Trade Center, Ellis Island, Downtown New York and much of midtown Manhattan. Close to all the major Subway lines. High ceilings, very modern kitchen and bath. This is a 1 bedroom apartment and; the living room is divided to another bedroom by a beautiful partition. There is a very high-end queen speed's mattress at the divided living room. The is NO sofa chair, TV or table. There are stools and a big kitchen counter that you can use as a dinner table or work table. You room is huge. Currently there is a mattress, light and a partition at your room; and it did not even full the quarter of your room yet. So you have lots of space. You would have your own full stylish closet as well as a separate rank at your room area. * There is a huge space at your room that you can throw another queen size matter. I have an extra super high-end expensive real Queen Size mattress that I can prepare it for you if you are coming as 4 guests. I have everything including fresh towels and bedding for up to 4 guests. * You will have your own separate AC/ Heater and can change it to any temperature you are comfortable; and I have my mine separately which will not effect your room. * Check in and out is at 12 noon. There is always another guest before or after you. --- Check in early: You have the option to arrive earlier than check in time, and drop your luggage, get the key and come back for official check in after 12noon. --- Check out late: You have the option to leave your luggage after 12noon check out time, keep the key longer, and come back to get your luggage at anytime later and then drop the key for the official check out at anytime. About me: I live at the other bedroom and usually I am either out in the office /gym, traveling the world, or inside my room. I would never walk in to the kitchen or your area at night. I just make tea or shakes once a day. I don't really cook. I prefer someone who dose not cook or light cooking is ok too. You might never see me after I give you the key. I am very respectful and giving you lots of privacy. My goal is you have the best moments at my apartment and I will do my best and beyond as a host for you. :) Guest access The apartment is outfitted with Super Fast Internet to use.
