"La Masure", unique, waterfront house

In the very popular Cap Brun area, located in its lush Mediterranean garden, a completely renovated old building welcomes you. From one of its many terraces, you will enjoy stunning sea views and sunsets. Among its terraces planted with citrus, fig and pine trees, you can enjoy a large swimming pool. If you prefer the sea, at the bottom of the garden, a gate gives you access to a secluded cove. The space The house has been fully restored with taste in 2024 and 2025, and offers you all modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a double kitchen, a dining room, a small living room, a large living room open to the sea and a canopy. Upstairs is the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the whole house is air-conditioned. In summer we have lunch in the shade of a beautiful wisteria on the terrace in front of the house. Below, around a terrace flowered with oleanders, two charming independent cottages restored in 2025, each with their own bathroom, complete this exceptional residence. The first cabin consists of a small kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed. The second offers 3 single beds, two of which can be converted into a double bed. Guest access The house is accessed via the Batterie Basse path. A private platform allows you to park two cars. Otherwise, the Batterie Basse road leads to a free parking lot 300 m further. The house can also be accessed at the bottom of the garden through a gate that opens onto the customs trail. Not far away, a 30-meter trail leads down to the sea. Other things to note The house and garden are on several terraces. It is therefore not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs.
