"La Masure", unique, waterfront house

In the very popular Cap Brun area, located in its lush Mediterranean garden, a completely renovated old building welcomes you. From one of its many terraces, you will enjoy stunning sea views and sunsets. Among its terraces planted with citrus, fig and pine trees, you can enjoy a large swimming pool. If you prefer the sea, at the bottom of the garden, a gate gives you access to a secluded cove. The space The main house, fully tastefully restored in 2023 and 2024, offers you all the modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a double kitchen, a dining room, a small living room, a large living room open to the sea and a canopy. Upstairs is the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the whole house is air-conditioned. In summer we have lunch in the shade of a beautiful wisteria on the terrace in front of the house. Below, around a flowered terrace of pink laurels and plumbagos, two independent bedrooms each with their own bathrooms complete this beautiful home. (The 2 bedrooms exteriors are not air conditioned, but equipped with removable fans) Guest access The house is accessed via the Batterie Basse path. A private platform allows you to park two cars. Otherwise, the Batterie Basse road leads to a free parking lot 300 m further. The house can also be accessed at the bottom of the garden through a gate that opens onto the customs trail. Not far away, a 30-meter trail leads down to the sea. Other things to note The house and garden are on several restanques. It is therefore not recommended for people with difficulty climbing the stairs.
