In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - Airy and well lit, the open planned living room/ kitchen is blessed with plenty of sunlight. - In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a SMART TV. - The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including but not limited to, a fridge/ freezer, toaster, oven and an induction hob. - Two bedrooms with king sized memory foam beds, dressed with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort. - The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. We also provide fresh towels. Guests will have access to the entire home. This is a self check in property, you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. We charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purpose, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. There is zero tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If we discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (eg. smoke smells, ashes, butts etc. ) we fully reserve the right to charge £300 GBP smoking fee at a minimum. We do not allow parties or large gatherings, load noises or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via a security deposit. Local authorities may be present (if required).
