Welcome to Lincoln! This Camp is Located on a beautiful 1.3 acre flat lot with ample parking, sandy beach, shallow lake access and the ability to launch your own boat right from shore! Excellent snowmobiling,swimming, boating and fishing. Located on Cambolasse Pond there is not many like this. Private pond, Very peaceful Comes with sheets, pillows, and some towels. I recommend bringing extra towels and any other essentials you may need. The space Year round well insulated home. Great for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling or a family getaway. Brand New heat pumps keep it at a very comfortable temperature to your liking, camp is very comfortable and has a full kitchen, including a dish washer. Laundry, and plenty of movie selections to go around. Living room and master bed room is paired with 55” smart TVs and another room has a smaller smart TV. Guest access On a very nice large gravel driveway, secluded at the end of a dirt road. Great walking area, it is very common to see horseback riders as well! What’s ours is yours. There may be food in the cabinets, anything in the camp is yours. The cabin is used every weekend that it is not being rented out. The aluminum boat can be used whenever, electric motor, battery and charger included. I want you to feel like this is your camp for the amount of time you are here, so don’t be shy! Other things to note Please Note!!! I didn’t think I had to explain this but due to past ratings I want to put this out there. Lincoln is a small town, we do things different here! This is not a five star hotel, but it is a beautiful place on the water. There may not be every single thing you are used to, that is what the camp life is about! It’s fully A/C and Heat. If you are expecting a place with everything perfect this isn’t the one, if you’re looking for a place to bring the family and enjoy and relax, you’ve found it! The Dock received damage this spring and is not repairable. This will be replaced and will have a new dock for the 2025 season.
