Peaceful neighborhood life, 5 minutes from the bustle of Saint-Jean and the city center, with the quays of Saône right next door. Some Fridays and Saturdays evenings there may be noise coming from the street until around midnight - hour due to the presence of a small restaurant in front and nearby pubs.
