Your Private room includes top of the line Queen bed, great for travelers, students or anyone who just wants a break from their daily routine. Dog friendly (case by case) -Fully fenced back yard. 5-10 min walk/bike to downtown local restaurants/ shopping/entertainment/centennial trail/ parks on rivers /8 min to Angel of the winds Casino. 15 min to Tulalip Casino/Outlet malls. Private Covered Parking. Shared bathroom, living room, laundry room & kitchen with host (if host is there). The space Fully fenced back yard with large deck. Access to BBQ grill and Gas firepit. Private room has lock and tv with fire stick -Airbnb still in progress. But if you don’t mind it not being as perfect as we like and ya just need the basics , then it would be perfect fit.- Note, fire pit and grill need to be requested at time of booking . Guest access Guest please contact host 30-450 min Before arrival to confirm which parking and access to use, Depending on time of day due to traffic . Guests will park in either the front or the back of the home both have an entrance and parking spot. During your stay Host may or may not be there depending on the date. Feel free to come and go as you wish. I strongly believe in having your own space and privacy. If the Host is there, he spends most of his time in His office/bedroom. He uses a different exit/entrance to go in and out. Occasionally you might see him during a quick passing to the fridge with a quick "Hi there" and that's about it. He will not spend time in any of the shared spaces, if not invited. Other things to note Please review all the rules before your stay that way there’s no unexpected surprises. If you are a light sleeper please bring ear plugs . There is a busy road close by. Also, please be aware this is a work in progress . We are aware that there are a lot of fields not filled out and How we do things will probably change daily. Please be patient as we are just getting started and are learning along the way.
