The space The architects have put a lot of thought into the design of this property, with spacious rooms and an abundance of natural light. Welcoming spaces flow easily from inside and out, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind after a big day out. Walk to the city, James St and New Farm park or grab a baguette and coffee two mins from the house at the French Patisserie next to great hairdressers and well known Gerties for a cheeky wine in the sun. A cafe called Kevin is a stone’s throw away for brunch and the park and local shops are a leisurely walk downhill. Closer to Brunswick St that the map on Airbnb states (not half way down in the bottom of the valley of Annie St near Clay St) we are right near the cinema, the cafes and buses straight to the city, or ease yourself down to the gorgeous New Farm Park and lovely cafes and local shops in a slow walk down the hill. Relax on designer linen sofas and enjoy the sunny aspect and spa. The large smart TV is great for the kids or for nights in. A huge BBQ in the outdoor area makes outdoor entertaining a breeze, not to mention the double wine fridges. All mod cons including a small laundry in the garage, WiFi etc. Three large bedrooms with queen beds and hotel quality linen, clothing storage and air con in each room and a dedicated work space if you need to WFH. - Spacious kitchen/dining area which leads out to your private spa.
