We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, wifi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with nice ocean view, 2 pools for children, 1 pool for adults. We are in the Milina sector. The condo is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hostería el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi. We have a spectacular ocean view and 3 pools (2 for children and 1 for adults) Guest access The social area is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, you can use the 3 swimming pools (2 for children and 1 for adults) and the children's playground. There is access to the beach, bathrooms and outdoor showers. We also have a BBQ area on the 12th floor (reservation required). The Jacuzzis are for the owners' use only.
