PLS READ FULL LISTING B4 BOOKING The space Your one-room suite has private direct entry off a shared side door, locking doors with keys, two large sliding south and west facing floor-ceiling glass sliding doors with both transparent full-light and light filtering curtain options, a new queen bed with new gel memory foam topper for added comfort, side tables, office desk, 2 chairs, 5 lights, mirrors, dedicated thermostat for setting to your comfort and heater (no A/C), your own in-room mini-kitchen (microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and pot with powerful single burner stove), a dish tub for washing your dishes, empty closet, and plenty of plugs. Also, brand new en-suite windowed bath with marble floor and rain shower head just for you. Laundry, parking (2 spots for 3 guests/ rooms), hall entry, exterior are shared. Main house living, dining room, kitchen access is also not included in this listing and is either attached to another listing or used by me when I am home. The suite is suitable for up to 2 adults who do NOT both WFH- no kids, groups, parties, guests, pets. Some caveats- this is not a hotel. This is my home which I have painstakingly renovated. Absolutely no parties, drugs, guests, pets, illegal activity of any kind, or smoking anywhere on or inside the fenced property perimeter, and no ultra-heavy internet use like bitcoin mining. You will also need to manage your own garbage, cleaning and laundry during your visit, including following Seattle city recycling guidelines. There are cameras on the property but they face outward into the yard, not inside. Although I have house rules and expectations, I am friendly and reasonable and aim to ensure you have a great stay in my peaceful Seattle haven- as my reviews and superhost status attest.
