contemporary house close to the sea

Bright T4 with contemporary design of 150m2 (120m2 of house + 30m2 of laundry/garage) built in 2017 located 5 minutes from the sea. The LOFT, large living room, living room + living room + kitchen, of nearly 60 m2, is open to a vast wooden terrace accessible by large bay windows and gives you direct access to the fully fenced 400 m2 garden. The 3 bedrooms with pleasant dimensions are located in the wings of the house, on either side of the large living room. The space The accommodation is located in the center of a small quiet village but with many local shops (bakery, charcuterie, grocery store, restaurant bar, crepes/galettes...). The first beaches are 5 minutes away (Etables Sur Mer and Saint-Quay Portrieux beaches). The entire goelo coast is nearby. Children will be able to fully enjoy the garden but also the soccer field, the city-stade as well as games for the youngest without crossing any road. For hikers and mountain bikers, the house is located at the crossroads of several hiking and mountain biking trails. The house itself is recent (2017), bright (but not too many!) with its large bay and rather original (wooden on stilts). The living room is very spacious and brings conviviality with the open kitchen. Guest access The entire house is available outside of a small room (dressing room) in which we will store our personal belongings. A second garage (DIY) is also no available unless there is an exceptional situation Other things to note We have in the garden a chicken coop with three chickens! You don't need to do anything except pick up the eggs if you wish (2-3 per day)! The chickens are autonomous in water and food during your stay. Depending on the season, you can enjoy some fruits and vegetables.
