No climbing, sitting or sleeping on the bedding. If you leave your pet alone, per our house rules, they must be left in your crate. Extra pet fees are $10 - $20 per night (including for “non-shedding,” hypo-allergenic animals-all animals shed). Guest access Guests have access to the driveway, courtyard/patio, studio apartment and upon request, laundry room. Also, feel free to come to the front door of main residence and ring the doorbell if you need and you can always message, text or call and we’ll respond right away. Other things to note The bathroom does not have a sink. Use kitchen sink which has two: one for dishes and one for toiletry use. The shower is also on the “small” side and is meant for an average size adult. Shared Laundry: laundry is separated by exterior security door to unit which locks from both sides and makes it sound-proof, secure and private. Door to main residence is locked during guest use for extra privacy. To book a two-hour time slot ($10 each) during non-quiet hours, please request with advance notice. Shared Patio: We do access the patio at times for our trash cans and the shed.
