This villa is aptly located near the most loved neighbourhoods of the city, Saheliyon ki Bari. You get access to this magnificent 50-years old mansion restored with a touch of modern amenities and ample parking space. Here, you will have 3 Rooms on the GROUND FLOOR, having Double King-sized Bed (6 x 7 sq. ft.), attached Bathroom and Large Window, along with all the amenities. Some of the key amenities are: WiFi, kettle, 8-inch mattress, working station, cupboard, etc. The space IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT We are obeying standardised hygiene protocols and utilising advanced disinfectants as recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) across all touch points for everyone's safety and well-being. HYGIENE & SAFETY GUIDELINES Regular sanitisation of common touch points like switches, door knobs, remote controls, handles, etc. Fresh Linens and Toiletries are placed before every check-in. Staff are maintaining appropriate distance as part of the protocol. Our staff is also regularly washing hands and monitoring temperature. PROPERTY DETAILS: BEDROOM All rooms have a Double bed or King-size bed with an attached Washroom. Equipped with high speed WiFi, Closet, comfy Mattresses. Bed Linens are changed every after every check-out & sent to a professional laundry. Plush Furniture such as chairs, bed-side tables and lamps, bed linens, etc. are curated considering the minuscule detail and comfort. Also amenities like hair dryer, iron, kettle, etc. are available in each bedroom. Dairy whiteners, coffee, tea, etc available Rooms are air conditioned along with a ceiling fan. WASHROOM It has 3 attached bathrooms with top-of-the-line modern fittings. It is equipped with water geysers, towels, shampoo and basic toiletries. These spaces are neatly finished with 24 x 7 water supply. LIVING & DINING ROOM The Living Room has a plush sofa-set apt for reading a book. OTHER AMENITIES You can use the terrace and go for a morning or an evening stroll at the terrace. Breakfast is NOT included in the tariff.
