If we receive a complaint or report, we will charge you for immediate departure and a fine of 20,000 yen. [About smoking (strictly enforced)] No smoking (including e-cigarettes) in the room, balcony, on the premises, common areas, or on the surrounding roads. If we find that you have smoked, or brought in or left behind cigarette butts, you will be charged a fine of 50,000 yen. [Rules on drinking] If we find excessive drinking, noise, vomiting, or defacement while intoxicated, we will charge a fine and an additional cleaning fee (up to 100,000 yen). The same applies if there is a violation of manners associated with drinking (damage, equipment contamination, leaving trash, etc.). No underage drinking allowed by law. [About stains, damage, and trash] If the room is significantly dirty, an additional cleaning fee (10,000 yen to 100,000 yen) will be charged depending on the situation. If the equipment is lost, damaged, or stained, we will charge you at the actual cost. Please be sure to sort and dispose of your garbage according to the instructions in the room. If large items such as suitcases are left behind, we will charge 10,000 yen for disposal costs. [About the number of guests] If we find that the number of guests exceeds the number of guests declared, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per night per person.
