The apartment is fully prepared for a comfortable vacation and long stay, equipped with all the necessary appliances and household utensils. Comfortable furniture awaits you on the balcony, you will spend many pleasant minutes here with a morning cup of coffee or evening gatherings overlooking the sea. Household appliances: fridge, oven, gas hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner. Air conditioners in all rooms. Unlimited internet. Hot water through a flow water heater. Marble floor in the kitchen and hallway. Laminate in the bedroom. Residents use the complex's infrastructure free of charge: outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna, Roman steam room (when booking, check the information about the SPA, there may be restrictions in operation), fitness room with panoramic sea view, barbecue area, children's playground with safe surface, table tennis. The territory of the complex is fenced, under video surveillance, a code lock prevents strangers from entering the entrances of buildings. Garbage should be taken out to special bins located at the top and bottom of the street. - Do not leave any items on the staircase that obstruct the passage of other residents. - When visiting the pool after being at the sea, please take a shower to avoid getting small pebbles and sand adhering to the body, especially to the feet. - Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to be in the gym without adult supervision. - Visitors are not allowed to wear wet clothes (after swimming) in the gym and elevator. - Upon check-out, electricity and water are additionally paid (at the current rates at the time of calculations according to the readings of metering devices), as well as final cleaning of 50 euros. - When staying with young children, the cleaning fee is increased by 50%. - A refundable property deposit of 200 euros is paid upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure.
