This retreat offers everything you and your family need to relax and enjoy Sebec lake and the great Maine outdoors while accessing lightning fast reliable internet, fail proof electricity, central heat and A/C, and all the amenities of a luxury home. The space Recently renovated, the large open concept lower level has floor to ceiling windows, includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room with space for eight, a piano, and a large sectional couch and flat screen TV. The bar, overlooking the beauty of Sebec Lake, is a repurposed vintage carpenters bench with custom ironwork crafted by a local smith. The second level with high ceilings includes two private bedrooms with stunning lakefront views, a sun-lit semi-private nook with a trundle day bed and a second television, and a full bath. Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed we will reach out to you to create a private 4-digit code that is unique to you and easy for you to remember. When you arrive you will use that code to unlock the door. You will also receive a link to our house book that will explain everything you need to know to enjoy your stay. There is ample private parking on site. Other things to note Our home is on Lake Sebec. Fully equipped with a Canoe, Paddle Boards, a Kayak, Snow Shoes, Ski's and Ice Skates. You will have everything you need to explore the beauty around you! If you decide to venture out, our house book (link provided when your reservation is confirmed) will provide you with multiple resources and recommended places to dine and visit. Upon your arrival, you will notice a 1977, 31' Airstream International. Please feel free to look around! Named Ceryneian Hind, renovations will be complete and ready as extra space for house guests in Summer 2025. Cell reception is terrible at the lake. YOU WILL NEED TO ENABLE WI-FI CALLING PRIOR TO LEAVING YOUR HOME NETWORK COVERAGE AREA. Then when you get to the lake, log your phone into our wi-fi and your calls will function as usual without roaming or data charges. We understand that you may forget some of your toiletry essentials. Please feel free to utilize our travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Take used items with you or dispose of when you leave! Additional towels are located in the first floor bathroom shelves beside the washing machine. Please feel free to use as many of these towels as you need for the house. Beach towels are in a basket by the piano. There is also ample laundry detergent and dryer sheets stored near the bath towels. There are cleaning products under the kitchen sink. If you would like access to additional cleaning products, toilet paper or paper towels, they are located on shelving at the bottom of the basement stairs.
