Enjoy unlimited outdoor recreation, boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, skiing & snowmobiling. ***Must be 28+ to rent*** ***All guest 18+ must be verified*** ***Max 6 people*** ***No Parties*** ***No Pets*** The space Perfectly located in Ronald, WA near Lake Cle-Elum, Roslyn, Suncadia, and Cle-Elum nestled among the tall trees and sitting on a quiet forested dead-end street you'll find your next great escape at our cabin-bunkhouse: One Acre Woods. We are excited to share this genuinely unique property with you! We renovated this cabin style Bunkhouse with a goal of creating a place and space for families to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. The Cabin-Bunkhouse is a 2bd and 2ba 1500 sq foot house designed to accommodate up to 6 people. We designed this space as a place to spend with family and friends. The Bunkhouse features: 1. Two unique bedrooms. Each room offers a queen bed, the "bear" room has a purple mattress, and the "moose" room features a Casper hybrid nova wave mattress. 2. Custom floating full-sized bunks with USB outlets and shelving. 3. Additional full-sized mattress bunk just outside the bedroom with individual lighting and USB outlets for each bunk. All of our bunks feature hybrid Stump Town mattresses. 4. Main level offers a 3/4 bathroom with a rain shower head. Upstairs in the Bunkhouse is all about congregating and connecting. 1. There is a stocked kitchen and a massive live edge custom island. The oven provides a built-in air fryer 2. You'll find a full rustic inspired bathroom. 3. For entertainment we have a dining table that converts to a card, game, and roulette table! 4. Have fun playing on the 9ft shuffleboard table with a bowling game included! 5. Gas Grill is also available. Out of respect for our community, our home, and wonderful neighbors; we don't allow any bachelor, prom, graduation, or similar parties/events on the property. If you are looking for a space to engage in excessive or binge drinking then we are not the property for you. The number of guests booked is the maximum number of guests that can be on the property during your stay. Any guests, 18+ must be verified through AirBnB. One Acre Woods an excellent place for families to stay and make memories, while enjoying their own space. We recognize the area provides a lot of options for you, and we appreciate you considering our home for your stay! If you have any questions please contact us! Guest access Upstairs there is an owners closet tucked away we ask to please not access that space. We own the property next door and maybe on site with our two young children. Properties are very private, the grassy area, and fire pit are NOT included in the rental. Other things to note BE AWARE: You may see or encounter wild animals such as deer, elk, coyotes, or bears. Recently there has been an uptick in bears attempting to access trash cans. It is essential that all guests 1) Maintain your distance at all times 2) NEVER feed or interact with any wild animals. 3) ALWAYS clean up outdoor space, store all food and beverages indoors and make sure the trash can lid is sealed and in the grey garbage bin located on the side of the house. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED We love pets unfortunately our property is not fenced, and Ronald does not have a leash law. To keep your pets safe and our neighbors' pets safe, we Do NOT allow ANY pets on the property. WATER PRESSURE This area is on a well and sometimes has poor water pressure. If someone is using the shower it would be best not to flush or run any other faucets. PARKING & PROPERTY LINES 1)We have ample parking on the property. Do NOT park in front of the gray gate. Our neighbors need access to this to manage their ranch. Also, please do NOT go past the private property sign. 2) While we own the undeveloped property next to the cottage, guests are not allowed to go onto that lot at this time. 3) Camp fires are ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed!!! Burn bans are in place to protect the area from forest fires. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING TEAM Please note from time to time, the local team who helps us maintain the property may stop by for routine maintenance. We do our best to schedule around guests. SECURITY You will notice we have a Ring cameras near the property entrances. This merely monitors and keeps the property secure when no one is staying there.
