A small 2-room apartment very well designed, colorful, and ideally located close to everything in Trouville: the train station, the quay, the market, the beach, the breweries, the ferry to Deauville… "Petit Trouville" is 25 m2, without the slightest wasted space. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator with a clear view, a carefully chosen decor, full of colors and beautiful materials. No TV but beautiful books and magazines available. And Internet with Wi-Fi Linens are provided The space I love Trouville and I am happy to share this cozy home by offering it, from time to time, for rent. Access to the apartment is via the stairs, it is on the 2nd floor no elevator. In the kitchen you will find: pretty dishes (some of which come from Normandy!), a real oven, a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a fridge with freezer. Bedding: a beautiful double bed (140 x 190) with a great Emma mattress in the bedroom. And a sofa bed (120 wide bed) in the living room. Linens are provided and the beds will be made for your arrival. If necessary, a baby crib will be prepared in the room. A curtain separates the bedroom from the living room. A small bathroom with a 70 shower tray, toilet, sink. Sorry about your dream of a bathtub and space! Guest access Hard to be more central: - 8-minute walk to train station - 2-minute walk to large breweries such as Central or Vapeurs - 7-minute walk to the beach or casino For your information, it's on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Go down the street, you're on the dock. Go up it, you're at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church. On the way, a charming music school… The rue des bains, the pedestrian and shopping street of Trouville is 2 minutes away.
