'KEPALS ON THE COAST' is an understated delight. The well-known local Howard family chose this spot opposite the rocks to build their home. Come and dangle your feet in the water whilst you watch for dolphins, or come fishing on the rocks then cross the road to Kepals where there is a dedicated outdoor fish cleaning station and a Weber BBQ awaiting your catch! End your day indulging in delicious KI produce as you watch the sun set over the glistening water. The space Geoff hosts Kepals and his cousin Helen crafted the three-tiered limestone backyard. The previous owners, who grew the fruit trees, continue to nurture the beautiful gardens. Kepals is a place of simplicity and love. It is quintessential KI. The open plan living space invites those relaxing on the recliners, dining, or cooking to gaze out to catch a glimpse of dolphins frolicking in the bay known to locals as Jack's Creek. Two front bedrooms, both with queen beds, enjoy the costal view. The third room with two king singles faces the playful backyard. Everything is within easy reach in the kitchen with tea supplied and a French Press with filtered coffee provided or a Nespresso Machine if you prefer. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer make life easier. The standard cleaning fee incorporates both cleaning and linen. Guest access Guests can access the whole of the house and the yard. The side shed however is not a guest area. Other things to note Whilst Kepals is pet friendly, we do note that the backyard is not fully enclosed as it leads directly to the car port adjacent to the gravel front which faces Howard Drive. We ask that you treat our home as your own, cleaning up after your dog. We request that you keep your dog out of the bedrooms at Kepals please. There is an additional $100 cleaning levy payable for pets. Bunk room for kids allowing two families of 4 to stay comfortably.
