The Box Loft (88m²/947ft²)

This spacious Loft is one of a kind. It features art, many artifacts & antiques form my many travels & will give you an unique experience in the coolest part of Berlin. After exploring the many cafes, bars & world-famous clubs and restaurants, you can chill with 7.1 SurroundSound and watch a movie with my projector. You can also work with high-speed internet & my Ultra-Wide Monitor. It's an ECO-friendly place, powered by renewable energy, has a heat-pump & solar. (Pls note: I'm a SMOKER) The space The Loft is 88m²/947ft² big on the 2nd floor (with no elevator) and has one big space without doors. Only the bathroom has a door. So it's ideal for singles or couples. The kitchen sports anything you could need to cook a 5-course-meal...or waffles. It has been fully renovated with bio-paint in January 2021 and it is my private apartment, which I rent out while traveling the world... Over 25 plants give this loft a very natural feeling and the power comes from renewable Greenpeace Energy using a new Heatpump. The 2 balconies, one with solar panels (hanging on the outside) and one with a comfy day-bed - both feature bee-friendly flowers and make you think, that you are not in a city. While you are in Berlin's Party Zone (Simon-Dach-Str.), this street is very quite! The many lights are smart LEDs (14), individually adjust-able via an app, creating a variety of cool atmospheres... A fresh-air heat-changer fan, ensures filtered (incl. allergens) fresh air all the time. The radiators feature smart-meters with temperature gauge. Guest access The next subway (U-Bahn) station is 2min walk and is called U5. It's stations read like at to-visit-list from a tourist guide: Alexander Platz (10min), Museumsinsel, Rathaus, Platz der Republik, Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden or the close by Tierpark. U5 also brings you to the main train station directly in 18min and via changes to the airport (BER) in 43min. There's safe, free parking for everyone in the street, but not always available. Many bus-stations, tram and street-cars (S-Bahn) are within a short walking distance. You can also use my Mountain-Bike :) Other things to note In the same building (just one floor below me) is the well-known 'Lotos Yoga-Studio' to calm your senses.
