An open dressing room with plenty of storage (bedding and towels provided) is also available to guests. Functional shower room with two separate toilets. The American kitchen, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, is perfectly equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, and more). A bright living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning completes this beautiful space. For your leisure: guitar, board games, and everything you need for your comfort (washing machine, iron, clothes rack). Free parking is included with gate and remote control. I live alone in the upper part of the house, which is a two-story villa. I would like to point out that I do not accept pets, because I myself have cats.
