Description
This spacious and modern apartment is located in the historic district of Victoria, next to the Gibralfaro mountain and 5 minutes from the famous Plaza de la Merced. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, air conditioning in all rooms and a communal pool on the roof of the building. All the windows face the patio, so it's isolated from the noise of the street, making our apartment the perfect place for your stay. The space The apartment has a living area of approximately 55 m2 and is located in a residential building with lift, built in 2008. LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT ---------------------------------------- The master bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds with a combined viscoelastic and spring mattress of 80 x 200 cm each. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space for clothes and personal items. The living/dining room has a sofa with a 40-inch smart TV and Netflix and Amazon Prime Video streaming services with accounts in several languages, and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner ceramic hob, washing machine with tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, blender and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you may need. * The apartment is supplied with bed linen and towels, shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, condiments, coffee and herbal teas, a bottle of water, washing machine capsules, cleaning products and accessories, etc. * The apartment has a first aid kit, a power adapter and charger with USB multi-outlet cable, an umbrella, towels and a beach umbrella, an electronic hand weight for suitcases, an iron with ironing board and clothesline, and a printed guide to places of interest and restaurants in Malaga. LOCATION AND PARKING -------------------------------- Our apartment is located on Agua Street, a dead end street with very little traffic. This allows for easy access by car to unload suitcases and guarantees peace and quiet as it is not a through street. A few metres away is the famous Victoria Street with all kinds of local shops including several supermarkets and cafes as well as bus and taxi stops. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but as it is a residential area it is relatively easy to park in the nearby streets (as long as it is not at night or on a Friday or Saturday) - we will provide you with a Google Maps route for this. If you need a paid car park, the Alcazaba underground car park is just 8 minutes walk away and costs around €25 per day. Guest access THE POOL -------------- There is a small swimming pool on the roof for the sixteen apartments which is open all year round from 10:00 to 21:00. Unfortunately, the community does not provide sun loungers, so we have left some mats and a beach towel for you to sunbathe in comfort. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO KNOW ---------------------------- ** The check-in must be done in person and in case of arrival after 22:00, there will be a charge of 30€ in cash. ** The apartment is located in a block of flats, so we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours and to keep the noise level in the common areas (entrance hall, corridors, terrace, etc.) as low as possible and to respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. ** We kindly ask all the guests who will make a reservation to respect the rules of the house and to take care of the spaces offered, so that future guests can also enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
