Guest access Finding your way to the unit can be a bit tricky, so let me guide you step by step: As you approach the complex, make sure to turn into "Monaco Condominiums" instead of Las Colinas. Look out for the prominent "Cornerstone Health" facility on your right, which will help confirm you're on the correct road. Follow the road as it gently curves left, leading you downhill. Keep going straight until you pass a cluster of three dumpsters lined up next to each other. Once you've passed the dumpsters, Building F will come into view on your left. To locate your unit, find parking spot 97 and you'll see a set of stairs nestled between two large, vibrant green bushes. Up the stairs, and the door to the right will be the unit! Other things to note IMPORTANT DETAILS: •Community Pool is closed for winter season from November 1st-April 1st •The home is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by a staircase. •Respect the neighborhood to maintain a peaceful environment during your stay. Failure to do so may result in complaints from neighbors, which could lead to additional fees or eviction. •Please be patient as the complex undergoes a major renovation. Thank you for your understanding. •The laundry rooms do not accept quarters; please download the PayRange app to operate them. LAUNDRY ROOM HOURS: 8am-8pm •When adjusting the thermostat, please avoid turning it off completely; instead, adjust the temperature to a higher or lower setting. •Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of in the large bins provided to avoid any additional fees. •The water supply is regulated by the homeowners' association (HOA), and there may be occasional shut-offs for repairs during the remodeling process.
