A few days a year (in January-February, April-May, and October-November), I offer, for 1 or 2 people passing through, a private room of 11 m2 (2 single armchairs that can be assembled into 1 double bed, 2 chairs, table, storage, TV, Wi-Fi, workspace). This room is part of my 2-room apartment. The other room is MY personal room (sometimes shared with other guests). The entrance, hallway, kitchen and bathroom are shared. The space I am a 73-year-old male, permanently present in my modest 2-room apartment in PARIS 17th. It includes an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living room (converted into a private room for 1 or 2 potential guests) and my bedroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building with a small elevator. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in Paris. Guest access The apartment is an equal distance (12-minute walk) from 4 metro stations: CHARLES DE GAULLE-ETOILE (lines 1, 2 and 6 + RER A), TERNES (line 2), PEREIRE (line 3 + RER C) and PORTE MAILLOT (line 1 + RER C). Tram 13b. Shuttle to BEAUVAIS airport. "Vélib" station. During your stay This listing is my home and primary residence. If needed, I can always be reached there in person or by phone, text, email and Airbnb platform. Other things to note For regular pied-à-terre or stays longer than a month, come for 1 or more days to test it out first.
