We invite guests to our studio with a high ceiling and mezzanine 2.40 by 2.15, located 17 minutes walk from Belomorskaya metro station (three stops) and 10 minutes from Grachevskaya railway station (Hovrino). Everything you need is waiting for you at home: not only a washing machine, but also a dryer, bedding, towels, dishes. Nearby, including in the house itself, there are many shops, cafes, as well as a park equipped with exercise machines and treadmills, a fitness center with a swimming pool, two temples. Quiet, green area. The space Small household appliances are at your service: kettle, water filter, induction cooker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. For our guests, there is shampoo, gel and conditioner in the shower, as well as cream, toothpaste and other small things. The drying machine is very convenient: you can wash all your clothes, dry them immediately and put them on. Guest access There is free parking in the courtyard of the house, and behind the house there is a closed courtyard with benches and a green lawn. Other things to note The sleeping area upstairs is 5 sq.m. and has two accommodation options: either two single beds or one double bed. The bedding will be provided according to your wishes.
