L'ARCO ANTICO is just a few meters away from the famous balconade of S. Stephan. This historic mansion has been meticulously restored maintaining its original beauty and simplicity. Though small, rooms are cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. On the second floor, guests have access to the shared use of the fully equipped sea-view terrace with a panoramic shower and a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, as listed in the menu available in the rooms. The space The Levante room, approximately 20 square meters in size, is located on the ground floor with a large French door, making it bright with independent access to the charming alley near the Sant'Antonio Arch. It is an intimate and cozy environment and includes: a private bathroom with bidet, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, access to the room with a badge, free Wi-Fi internet connection, individual control air conditioning and heating, a tea corner, a mini fridge, an individual safe box, a TV with satellite antenna connected to major national and international TV channels. The careful restoration in total respect of the original structure has brought to light the ancient well, which I have decided to illuminate to enhance the uniqueness of the space. Guest access Based on your stay date, you can decide whether to park on the street or reserve a parking space in a private parking lot in the city center, about 650 meters from the property. The daily cost is €15.00. Transfer to the property with a rickshaw ( tuk-tuk) or carriage, under reservation. During your stay To organize the check-in process efficiently, I contact the guests the day before their arrival, and during their stay, I am always available to provide them with all the information to have a special vacation! Other things to note Breakfast is served at a cafe close to the property, where you can enjoy the Italian breakfast. From March until the end of October, savory, English, gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian breakfasts will also be available.
