First floor apartment

Hey dear guests, warm welcome! The apartment is located in the Holzmarkt area and is centrally located on the edge of the old town. You can easily get to everything important in the immediate vicinity; the transport connections are excellent. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity (free after 6:00 p.m.; free at all times within about 300 meters). When bringing pets and regarding the visitor's tax, please observe our house rules. Thank you The space The apartment has two bedrooms with a sofa and a total of 7 beds (1 single bed and 3 bunk beds with 6 sleeping places, approx. 90 x 200 cm [35 x 79 in]). The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and sink). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also a guest toilet available. For a small fee (coins required), you can wash and dry your laundry in the bathroom. Guest access The main entrance leads to the kitchen, the first bedroom, the bathroom, and the guest toilet. An adjoining area leads to the second bedroom. During your stay We can be reached by telephone and in writing. Other things to note The climate is pleasant inside the apartment, the property is well insulated that air conditioning is not required.
