We are happy to welcome our guests in a spacious brand new renovated 107 m2 apartment just a few steps away from the main pedestrian Vitosha street. The apartment is located in the heart of the city where you’d easily find landmarks, good food and wine to enjoy the Sofia spirit. The space Apartment is suitable for families or groups of friends up to 6 persons. Solunska Apartment has 2 bedrooms – the "Balloons" bedroom has one king size bed and the "Beanbag chairs" bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Baby crib and high chair are also available. Large living room that has a sofa bed for 2 additional persons, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a nice and blossoming balcony. High speed (fiber-optic) wireless internet (up to 1000 Mb/s max), cable TV with over 230 channels (News Channels in different languages, Premier League, Championship League, ATP Tour, Kids Channels, etc.) and Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube, etc.) are available. Central heating and air conditioning units make the apartment comfortable during the whole year. A good start of the day is everything and you will find free of charge coffee, tea and cookies. Naturally, linings and towels will be cleaned and ironed. Guest access My family and I like to travel very much and discover new places all over the world so we have equipped our apartment with everything that we’d need when we are on tour. It's not easy to find a parking place in the area, but there is a paid parking place on the corner next to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor above the ground floor. The building has a small lift (not suitable for any kind of wheel chair), so if you prefer to use it, there are no stairs to climb. This property is registered as place of accommodation under the Bulgarian Tourism Act.
