Lakeside Retreat (4) is a beautiful high end luxury caravan, prime location, with 2 bedrooms (6 berth), veranda which has a sunken hot tub and spot lights, this has a private huge fishing deck with free fishing, this is situated on the main fishing lake (Island Lake) and comes complete with a dishwasher, this property is central to the main complex with only a 2–3 minute walk approximately to the main amenities/complex. The space Lakeside Retreat 4 is a beautiful luxury lakeside caravan which is open plan with a corner sofa, built in sound system with Bluetooth/ radio and ceiling speaker, dining table with 4 seats, well equipped kitchen with integral dishwasher, Microwave, full size fridge and freezer, smart tv with games console and games, patio doors opening onto the veranda with sunken hot tub Lakeside retreat 4 has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a kingside bed with ensuite bath over head shower, toilet and W.C, fitted wardrobes and tv, the second bedroom has two slightly smaller single beds, fitted wardrobes and wall mounted, the sofa in the living area pulls out to a small double sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests , I would suggest suitable for only one adult on the sofa bed with your comfort in mind and my priority. This Luxury lakeside Retreat 4 has a full wrap around veranda , off the decking is a brick bbq for your use leading onto a large private fishing peg, this is only 2-3 minute walk from the main complex and amenities. It has its own private large square sunken luxury hot tub with outside dining table and chairs, spot lights and fairy lights which light up beautiful on an evening with the outstanding views over the main fishing lake (island lake) there is also privacy bamboo around the side of the decking area Guest access Your luxury lakeside caravan is self catering for your use only with a private fishing peg and hot tub, if you require on site use for the facilities these are extra cost (all details will be sent on booking), water sports are seasonal and you do not require passes, these are payable to them directly Other things to note 1. NO Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind inside the lodge 2. Please report any breakage /damage to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time for me to rectify any issues should they arise. 3. please report any damage of any kind, Any extensive damage must be paid for 4. Please leave the holiday home clean on departure and to the standard found on arrival 5. Please take out all rubbish and place in the bin behind the holiday home 6. Please report any items that are not working to me, any batteries/ bulbs that go please let me know I have spares 7. Read all terms conditions 8. Hot tubs rules if these 9.
