The space Our 6 bedroom, 5 bath house sleep up to 14 people and is great for families or and/or friends to share. On the main floor, the home has an open floor plan with a large kitchen, 2 dining areas, a living room with a fireplace, a washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom on this floor has a single queen bed. Guests can step right out to the front deck featuring outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and gorgeous Lake George views. The second level of the home features and lofted bedroom with a queen bed and a goregous primary suite. The primary suite offers a king bed, sitting area with tv, private balcony, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The garden level features 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, and private game room. Game room offers a dry bar, sitting area with tv, a board game table, fooseball, and a pool table. Lake views are visible throughout the house and on the outdoor deck. Access to house requires going up a short flight of stairs. Guest access House is located at our Hill View Motel and Cottages property. Included is a heated pool, children's playground, basketball, ping-pong, outdoor lawn games, and Lake George beach access across the street and a short walk away. House is conveniently located 4 miles north of Lake George Village and just south of Bolton Landing. Other things to note NOTE: This six bedroom house is not pet-friendly. Lake access is a short walk and across the street from the house. Docking available for $300 per week (based upon availability.) Tax rate for this unit is 4%. There is an apartment attached to the house above the garage. This is a completely separate rental with its own separate space and separate deck. Bed linens provided. Guest provide own bath and pool towels. Kitchen is fully equiped.
