Brentvale - Beautiful log cabin with balcony

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, far from the madding crowd. Brentvale is an ideal base to relax in the countryside or explore the North Devon/Cornish coastline, suitable for couples and families alike. Berridon Country Park is a small private estate where there are several similar cabins all surrounded by woodland and fields. Wander up to visit our two friendly donkeys, Holly and Jamie and our pony Jangles or sit on the balcony to watch the deer cross the field! The space Brentvale has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower; all bedding and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The comfortable lounge/dining area has a TV with freeview, radio; there is a door that leads out on to the balcony - ideal for star gazing on clear nights. Outside there is ample parking for two cars, an enclosed lawned area with wooden picnic table and BBQ. Guest access Bradworthy, an ancient Saxon Village, is just a mile away where you will find ample free parking while you visit the Bradworthy Inn, butcher or the two general stores. Tamar Lakes are only two miles away, perfect for walking, cycling, fishing also a sailing club from where you can hire kyaks, canoes and paddle boards. There are supermarkets in Holsworthy, Bude, Bideford and Barnstaple all of which offer a delivery service. The main A39 is ten minutes away by car through narrow lanes, with Bude eight miles in one direction and Hartland Quay & Clovelly a similar distance in the other. Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcome at no extra cost. Many basics are provided such as T towels, kitchen & toilet paper, soap and cleaning materials. On arrival you will find tea & coffee with milk & orange juice in the fridge. A cot and high chair are available on request.
