Description
Beautifully styled and steeped in history; this four-storey, two-bedroom townhouse is a hidden gem. It sits on a quiet road with the Regency Square Conservation Area - yet just seconds from the seafront and just a stroll from the centre of Brighton. Whilst this home has a cottage-feel to it; the interior is far more spacious inside than expected; and has been brilliantly designed to maximise the space and light throughout. A lovely little patio area outside for al fresco dining. The space I adore this little and unique Townhouse and is the latest in my collection as it were. I have put a lot of passion and hard work into making it as special as my other properties too. I hope you love it as much as I do. You are located in arguably one of the best areas in town...15 minutes from Brighton station, 8 minutes from Churchill Sq, Hove is two minutes in the other direction and the seafront barely 100 metres away. So; what is not to like. At the same time; it is in a wonderful Regency Conservation Area and there is a really nice neighbourly feel that emanates. Lots of wonderful cafes and shops are pretty much on the doorstep be it wanting to grab your morning coffee, brunch or shopping at TAJ the Greengrocers with the most outstanding Worldwide Foods. The house is compact but packs a punch above its weight. With four floors housing the classy kitchen in the basement. Fully stocked if you want to cook or bake...or have friends over for a meal. The dining table comfortably seats four. On the Ground floor is the cosy sitting room to relax watching TV or reading my books. Upstairs is the second bedroom and a fantastically beautiful and contemporary new bathroom. Finally; the best room in the house in my opinion is the Main bedroom on the top floor. Light, bright and with plenty of storage in the wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a chair to drape your clothes and a wonderful bedroom chair to do your makeup. The bed is brand new and no expense has been spared on the crisp and fresh scented linen. A smart TV has also just been installed for watching films on a cosy night in. Guest access You will have the whole property to yourself during your stay. The main double bedroom is on the top floor and the single bedroom on the floor below. Other things to note If staying more than a week; fresh bedding and towels can be provided. Children are welcome to stay but due to the properties age and being on four floors; it is probably not suitable for toddlers. No unauthorised guests staying overnight please as this will result in your deposit being held. Friends are of course able to join you for a meal or drinks outside on the patio area though.
