Bohemian Gardens Compound - with Private Bar!

Welcome to The Bohemian Gardens in the heart of Omaha’s recently revitalized neighborhood, Little Bohemia. This compound will take your breath away from the moment you open the private door and enter the lush garden. With over 10,500 sf of space including a main house, cottage house all connected by the garden and patio. Minutes from downtown Omaha, literally steps out the front door to bars, restaurants and more! Step into our oasis and experience this gem behind the brick! LGBTQIA2S+Friendly! The space Bohemia Gardens is truly a unique compound with two separate homes fit to in each house. It’s the perfect space to hang with friends or family but ability to spread out and have privacy. The main house The Sanctuary (sleeps 10) consists of a large residential commercial kitchen, two living spaces, half bath on main level, dining area and large deck off the entry making it the ideal hangout spot for your families to hangout. The Sanctuary's large master is divine with plenty of space and has a large steam shower. On the opposite of the home (separate staircase) is another bathroom with 3 beds (1 queen, 1 full and 2 full bunk beds; sleeps 8 in that room) making it great for parents and kids or larger group. The Cottage (the second house on property) at The Bohemian Gardens is the smaller home on property. When you walk into the gardens this cottage is towards the back of the property. There's a large living room and dining room, open concept, with large kitchen. Sit and read a book in the beautiful glass solarium just off the living room with floor to ceiling views of the gardens, shared patio, front gate and the other home on site. There's a half bath on the first floor off the kitchen and laundry in the basement, at request. All the bedrooms are on the second floor in this property so all the kids can stay close. One room has Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and two single bunks (sleeps 4), second room is the bunk room (two bunks; queen on bottom, twin on top (sleeps 4-6) and then 3rd room has queen bed (sleeps 2). There's a full bath upstairs and close to the bedrooms as well. Since only one full bath, ideally max to sleep 12 people but please inquire for more. If shared beds you could sleep up to 14. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY CAN SLEEP UP TO 26 PEOPLE. EXTRA GUESTS FEE OVER 16 AND POTENTIAL EXTRA CLEANING FEES FOR PARTIES OVER 16 MAY APPLY. The Bohemia Gardens allows for the perfect getaway with family and friends with the privacy of multiple dwellings. Lighting in the back is very little at night and not ideal to come thru the back but inquire and we will accommodate. Other things to note We area NO PARTIES property! We expect no more than the number of people you booked the space for, to stay overnight. This is a very large property that is bound to celebrated and enjoyed by all. However we are not working on a hotel model. Which means we do expect some basic guest courtesy and kindness that gets paid forward stay to stay and star to star review. We obviously handle all the linens, deep cleaning and sanitization but.... These are a few things we really appreciate... - running your dishes before you leave - the trash you make, ends up in a bin - the kitchen counters get cleaned off - and if you start a load of towels in the laundry, I'd petition Airbnb for a 6th gold star! -Pets allowed for a one time $125/per pet, fee per stay - NON-SMOKING
